A Hunter's Story

Hmm, so I thought I had posted that we had family in town for a week so i wouldn’t be posting during then… But apparently not… Soooo, that’s where I’ve been. Well, that and then not playing a whole lot, so not a lot of content for here. It’s summer, I’m busy, and things are kinda crazy in the office. 2 Associate Vice Presidents and 1 Assistant Director resigned in the last 2 weeks, and there’s at least 3 more planning to leave soon too. Yeah, it’s crazy. So if I don’t post for a while, now you know why. And if you check back in a week and there’s 7 posts… Well, at least it’ll be a surprise! Lol.

WeWt! Finally done with Ravenholdt. See! I told you we’d eventually finish them up! No more Junkboxes!!! Well, we do need like 40 more total to finish up all the way to 999/999 Exalted (I know, OCD, Completionist, yeah yeah yeah). However, in theory we’ll get them in the mail in another week or two. Why? Because almost a month ago my comp decided to go screwy and I accidentally mailed 48 to some random character in Dalaran. I realized the mistake right after I sent… well… almost my full stack of 60… so I sent a mail to the guy right then saying “Sorry!” and asking him politely to send them back. Since they aren’t really worth a whole lot to anyone unless you’re doing The Insane, or leveling Lock Picking, I was hoping he’d just hit return. Well, now I’m just hoping it’s an alt that he never uses and it’ll auto-return after the 30 days since he hasn’t sent it back yet. Of course, he could have been a jerk and sold them or cracked them open and stolen the goods. But I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt still. Mostly because I’m hoping they’re returned and we don’t have to go pick up any more! Lol!

Yay me! MBA done! Now I’ll get some free time back! Well, it’ll probably fill up with stuff like dishes, laundry, etc. since Lady X is starting hers up again. That and I have weekends & evenings to work since it’s summer (not that that’s different from winter)… Well… Let’s try this one again…

Yes, I finally got around to disabling the 3D model on the right of my blog. With one of the updates like 6 months ago it stopped working properly and my character wound up naked. If I find time I’ll go back and try to fix it, but meh.

So I was randomly looking around at some of the other blogs that started around the time I did. Yeah, most haven’t posted in ages and one or two no longer even have their domain. Why am I still blogging and they not? No clue. I wonder if I’m the smart one or if they are…….
